Former President Donald Trump’s return to the White House next year gained huge momentum after nearly 100,000 people turned out at the former president’s rally in New Jersey.
REPORT: Wildwood officials estimate that between 80,000 and 100,000 people attended Trump's rally in New Jersey.
The rally size competed with Franklin D. Roosevelt's 1932 speech in Sea Girt which reportedly drew over 100,000 people.

/div>The Saturday rally was held in Wildwood, New Jersey, a state that has historically gone to the Democrats. While speaking to supporters at the rally, Trump predicted that the Republican party will have a sweeping victory in the November election.
“We’re going to win New Jersey. As you can see today, we’re expanding the electoral map because … we’re going to win the state of New Jersey,” Trump said. “I think we’re going to win them all. All across America, millions of people, so-called blue states, are joining our movement based on love, intelligence, and a thing called common sense.”
The former president took shots at his predecessor, President Joe Biden, over the country’s economy and the rising inflation.
“The Biden price hikes are continuing to drain over $1,000 from the typical New Jersey family budget every single month,” Trump said. “You look at the Afghanistan disaster, you look at the border, you look at the economy — the real economy, not the fake economy.”

NFL Hall of Fame linebacker Lawrence Taylor, who was also at the rally, endorsed the former president. The NFL legend, who was the NFL’s Defensive Player of the Year three times, revealed that he and his entire family no longer vote for the Democrat party.
“I just wanted to say, I grew up a Democrat and I’ve always been a Democrat until I met this man right here,” Taylor said, pointing to Trump behind him. “He will not have to worry about nobody in my family ever voting for a Democrat again.”

Former NFL player Ottis Anderson, another famous face at the rally, endorsed Trump.
“Don’t you just love that guy (Trump)? Don’t you just love that guy?” Anderson said. “I tell you, it has been a very exciting day. You guys, not one person left here, you’re still here yelling and screaming.”
