Daily Report June 09,2024

The Israeli government announced on Saturday that it has rescued four hostages kidnapped by Hamas during the October 7 terror attack.

According to Breitbart News, Israeli fighters rescued Noa Argamani, 25; Almog Meir Jan, 21; Andrey Kozlov, 27; and Shlomi Ziv, 40, in a daring rescue mission on Saturday. The hostages were rescued in two separate locations in a complex special daytime operation in the heart of Nuseirat in central Gaza.

“With overwhelming emotions, we received the very moving news about the rescue from captivity of Noa Argamani, Almog Meir, Andrey Kozlov and Shlomi Ziv, who were kidnapped on October 7th from the music festival in Re’im and were finally reunited with their loved ones. On behalf of the entire people of Israel, I thank the IDF, the Israeli Security Agency (Shabak), the Israel Police and the Israel Defense Forces for an impressive and courageous rescue operation. I wish for the immediate return of all the hostages to their families. Am Yisrael Chai!” Israeli President Isaac Herzog wrote in a statement.

The rescue of the four hostages led to the loss of lives, with reports showing that over 50 Palestinians died from the heavy fighting.

Argamani, one the most widely recognized hostages, was kidnapped by Hamas terrorists during the October 7 attack. A video of the moment she was kidnapped went viral following the attack in October.

The video showed her detained between two men on a motorcycle, one arm outstretched and the other held down as she begs for her life, screaming, “Don’t kill me!”

Argamani reunited with her family, especially her mother, who is suffering from advanced brain cancer.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) condemned the rescue while claiming that Israeli forces had committed a massacre.

“The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today condemned the “horrific massacre” of more than 200 Palestinians at the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza,” the terror-linked Islamic organization said in a statement. “Israeli forces bombed the Nuseirat refugee camp on Saturday, killing 210 Palestinians and wounding more than 400, while conducting a raid in the area that resulted in four Israeli hostages being freed.”
