Anna Kane has come forward as one of the women who accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault, revealing herself as a previously anonymous accuser who filed a lawsuit against the rapper in December 2023.
Initially filing as Jane Doe, Kane, who was married to Edmonton Oilers player Evander Kane from 2018 to 2021, was required to amend her lawsuit to include her real name.
NEW: Anna Kane, the ex-wife of NHL star Evander Kane, says she was gang-r*ped as a junior in high school by Diddy and two others.
Kane filed a lawsuit in December of 2023, accusing the rapper of r*ping her in his studio as a teen.

“I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager,” Kane said in a statement via her attorney Douglas Wigdor.
She decided to reveal her identity after what her legal team described as intimidation tactics from Combs’ lawyers targeting anonymous accusers.
“Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me,” Anna Kane added.
According to the lawsuit, Kane met Harve Pierre, Combs’ associate, at a Detroit nightclub when she was 17. Pierre allegedly facilitated a meeting with Combs, arranging for Kane to fly to New York City. The lawsuit details disturbing events during the flight and at Daddy’s House Recording Studio, where Kane says she was given substances that left her heavily intoxicated.
“As the night wore on, the 17-year-old Ms. Kane became more and more inebriated, eventually to the point that she could not possibly have consented to having sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age,” the complaint stated.
“While at the studio, Ms. Kane was gang raped by Mr. Combs, the Third Assailant and Mr. Pierre, in that order.”
The lawsuit provides graphic details of the alleged assault, including Kane’s statement that she was left in severe pain afterward. The filing includes photographic evidence of Kane at the studio, including an image of her sitting on Combs’ lap.
Combs has strongly denied these allegations, stating: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Currently, Combs remains in federal custody in Brooklyn after being denied bail. The 55-year-old has entered a not guilty plea to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution.
Kane is pursuing legal action against Combs, Pierre, the record label, and the recording studio under New York City’s Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, which permits victims to file historical claims beyond standard limitation periods.
This revelation comes amid Kane’s own personal history, including her divorce from NHL player Evander Kane in 2021, which involved allegations of gambling addiction and game-fixing – claims that were later dismissed following an NHL investigation.
