During a recent appearance on NewsNation’s “Cuomo,” United States Hostage Envoy Adam Boehler emphasized the critical priority of securing the release of all living hostages currently held by Hamas. He specifically highlighted the urgent need for Hamas to free American hostage Edan Alexander and return the remains of four deceased Americans in their possession.

During the broadcast, Boehler expressed his expectation for an imminent hostage release, stating, “[T]omorrow, I expect a release of hostages. And I know that our main focus is the release of all living hostages. … They need to release our American and they need to release the four American bodies they continue to hold. And let’s make that first and foremost and all we focus on and we’ll worry about the rest later.”

The Hostage Envoy delivered a stern warning to Hamas regarding the safety of American hostage Edan Alexander, emphasizing the potential consequences of any harm coming to him. He remarked, “I think, for those people that listen to TV now at Hamas, thousands of people don’t want to lose their lives right away. And I think that if they mess with a hair on Edan’s head, it will be serious, because the president of the United States cares massively about our Americans and cares massively about Edan.”
