The scandal surrounding President Joe Biden’s alleged bribery scheme took a dramatic turn when news emerged that the Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky, who offered the bribe, could be a Russian asset.
According to a national security source who spoke to Red State, the United States intelligence community believes that the Ukrainian Oligarch is an asset of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR).
“The US intelligence community has a high degree of confidence in their assessment of Zlochevsky as SVR,” the source claimed. “This is not a new assessment; the intelligence community under Obama knew this, and Obama was briefed on it. Joe Biden and Victoria Nuland were briefed as well.”

Zlochevsky was identified in an FBI FD-1023 document as the individual who allegedly paid President Biden and his son Hunter a $10 million bribe. The alleged bribe was split evenly between the then-vice president and his son. The House Oversight Committee received a redacted copy of the file on Friday.

The latest development comes as Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed on the Senate floor on Monday that Zlochevsky had up to 17 audio recordings of his conversation with President Biden and his son.
“The 1023 produced to that House committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them. Seventeen such recordings,” Grassley said
Grassley revealed that he has seen the document with fewer redactions than what oversight panel members were given.

“According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden,” Grassley said. “According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-vice president Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort-of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot.”
Grassley revealed further that the document showed that then-Vice President Biden may have played a direct role in Hunter’s appointment to the board of Burisma. The lawmaker is now pushing for the document to be released to the American people.
