The corruption saga surrounding President Joe Biden and his family took another turn for the worse when House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) revealed that his committee will subpoena the Bidens.
Comer, whose committee has been investigating the Biden family corruption, told Fox Business Network’s “Mornings With Maria” that his committee will subpoena the Biden family. The lawmaker also revealed that his committee is putting “the case together” so they could win in court when the Bidens eventually decide to fight the subpoenas in court.

“We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens,” Comer said on the show aired on Thursday. “So we’re putting together a case, and I think we’ve done that very well. We’ve shown the bank records. If I had subpoenaed Joe and Hunter Biden the first day I became chairman of the committee, it would have been tied up in court and the judge would have eventually thrown it out.”
When asked when President Joe Biden and his son Hunter will receive their Subpoenas, Comer revealed that his committee wants to hear from at least three more Biden associates before they drag the president and first son before Congress.

“We’ve been communicating with a couple of them,” Comer said. “We’re trying to bring them in just like we did Devon Archer for a transcribed interview. If they don’t come in voluntarily, then they’ll be subpoenaed.”
Many Republicans, including former Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY), have called for Congress to issue the Biden family subpoenas.
On Thursday, Zeldin sent a social media post asking Congress to subpoena the “Biden Crime Family.”
“Congress needs to subpoena Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, and others in the Joe Biden Crime Family to testify under oath!” Zeldin wrote on Twitter. “It’s a corrupt, global operation granting foreigners direct access to the highest levels of gov’t in exchange for tens of millions of dollars in cash.”

The call for Congress to Subpoena the Bidens has intensified since Comer’s committee released a memo showing that the Bidens have received over $20 million from foreign agents and entities in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
