In what could be a major boost to House investigators, the House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) revealed on Friday that attorneys for James Biden have signaled that their client is willing to cooperate with the House’s investigation into the Bidens.
Comer, while speaking in a Friday appearance on “Just The News, No Noise” on Real America’s Voice, said James —President Joe Biden’s brother— will come and answer questions in front of the House Oversight Committee.

“Yes, we have heard from James Biden’s attorney and they have signaled that he will come and answer questions in front of the house oversight committee. And we’re very appreciative of that [and] look forward to that,” Comer said. “We have, as you know, the IRS notes that the IRS whistleblowers turned over from his interview with the FBI. We also have the bank records that I’ve subpoenaed,” Comer added. “So we have several specific questions for James Biden. And yes, he will be an absolutely crucial witness to our investigation and help us continue to connect the dots as to what exactly the Biden family was doing to receive millions of millions of dollars from our enemies around the world.”

Comer’s revelation means James Biden is now the first Biden family member who intends to cooperate with the Oversight Committee’s investigation.
President Joe Biden, on the other hand, has refused all attempts to get him to cooperate, including refusing to provide evidence of a loan agreement with his brother.

The President claimed that the two payments of $200,000 and $40,000 he received from his brother were for a loan. President Biden has, however, refused to hand over loan documents to back up his claim, according to the House Oversight Committee.
