Records with the Federal Bureau of Investigation have unveiled President Joe Biden as the infamous “Big Guy,” according to the Daily Caller.
According to a confidential FBI record, whose content was described to The Washington Examiner, Mykola Zlochevsky—the Ukrainian owner of Burisma— allegedly referred to President Biden as the big guy during a conversation. That conversation is at the heart of a “criminal bribery scheme” investigation.
NEW: Sources tell @DCExaminer the FBI’s FD-1023 says Burisma’s Ukrainian owner called Joe Biden “the big guy” when discussing a bribery scheme — matching Joe Biden being “the big guy” in emails tied to Hunter Biden’s deals with shady Chinese businessmen.https://t.co/yK7L8dVsSW

Sources told the Examiner that the Ukrainian Oligarch discussed an alleged bribery scheme that saw Joe and Hunter Biden receive $5 million each. Zlochevsky told investigators that he believed it would take at least 10 years for the FBI to unravel the scheme due to the multiple bank accounts used to launder the money.
So, we now know that Joe Biden has allegedly been referred to as “the Big Guy” in relation to Hunter Biden’s business dealings in China ***and*** in Ukraine, with Burisma’s Ukrainian owner & one of Hunter’s CEFC joint venture business associates both calling Joe “the Big Guy.” https://t.co/A1AOy1yKwa

Whistleblowers first notified Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) of the existence of the FBI records before the lawmaker wrote a letter to the Justice Department and the FBI in October 2022.
“The FBI has within its possession a series of documents relating to information on Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, and his business and financial associations with Hunter Biden,” Grassley wrote in an October letter last year. “The documents in the FBI’s possession include specific details with respect to conversations by non-government individuals relevant to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden.”
In the letter, Grassley demanded that the law enforcement agencies release the records containing evidence of Hunter Biden’s alleged foreign criminal dealings.
The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability subpoenaed the FBI, requesting that the agency provide an “unclassified FD-1023 form” on Burisma and the Bidens’ dealings.
According to the Daily Caller, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Rep. James Comer (R-MS) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) were permitted to view the document on Monday.
“Today FBI officials confirmed that the unclassified FBI generated record has not been disproven and is currently being used in an ongoing investigation.” Comer told reporters upon reviewing the documents. “The confidential human source who provided information about then-Vice President Biden being involved in a criminal bribery scheme is a trusted, highly credible informant who has been used by the FBI for over ten years and has been paid over six figures.”
The Examiner, however, Zlochevsky’s alleged reference to President Biden as the “big guy” is not connected with the one referenced in the Hunter Biden Laptop file.
Hunter’s private email surfaced in October 2020, with one particular exchange between the first son and a business associate referencing Joe Biden as the big guy.
