Devon Archer can now count himself among one of the Bidens’ worst enemies after his testimony puts President Joe Biden at the center of his son’s foreign deals.
Archer, one of Hunter Biden’s closest business associates, testified before Congress on Monday that the president was on at least 20 phone calls with his son’s foreign business associates.
According to Archer, co-founder of Burisma Mykola Zlochevsky and Vadym Pozharski — a top Burisma executive— pressured Hunter in 2015 to get help from Washington, DC, regarding an ongoing investigation against the Ukrainian energy firm. Hunter and Archer were on the board of directors in Burisma.
Archer told lawmakers that Hunter, Zlochevsky and Pozharski called D.C. and spoke with Biden regarding Burisma’s legal problem.
Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, “called D.C.” to discuss the matter. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski stepped away to make the call. This raises concerns that Hunter Biden was in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Joe Biden, who was President Obama’s vice at the time, pressured then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko into firing Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption.
Archer revealed that Bursima would have gone out of business if it were not for the Biden brand, a brand that then-vice President Joe Biden promoted on phone calls with Burisma executives.
According to Archer, Biden also dialed into a dinner in Paris with a French energy company and in China with Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR. Archer also revealed that Biden attended a business dinner with Hunter & his associates at Café Milano in D.C. in 2014. Elena Baturina, a Russian oligarch who is the widow of the former mayor of Moscow, attended that meeting.
Joe Biden was dialed into a dinner in Paris with a French energy company and in China with Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR. Then-VP Biden also had coffee with Li in Beijing and even wrote a letter of recommendation for college for Li’s daughter.

Archer’s testimony directly contradicts President Joe Biden’s claims that he had no knowledge of the details of his son’s foreign business dealings.
“Devon Archer’s testimony today confirms Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said he had no knowledge about his son’s business dealings and was not involved,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said in a statement. “Why did Joe Biden lie to the American people about his family’s business dealings and his involvement? It begs the question what else he is hiding from the American people.”
