Biden Makes Shocking Admission On Health

Daily Report July 05,2024

President Joe Biden’s re-election bid may be well and truly over after he made a shocking revelation while speaking to a group of Democrat governors.

According to The New York Times, Biden addressed more than 20 Democratic governors on Wednesday, giving them updates on his health. The Times reported that Biden told the governors that he was in good health before making the shocking revelation.

During the meeting, Biden reassured the governors that despite increasing calls for him to step aside from the presidential race, he intends to stay in. Two participants and several others briefed on the discussion shared this information with the NYT.

In response to a health-related question from Hawaii Gov. Josh Green (D), the 81-year-old Biden said that everything was fine with him except for his “brain.”

“It’s just my brain,” Biden told Green.

According to The Times, the president’s comments left at least one governor confused, who interpreted them as a serious statement.

However, at least three others in the room considered it a joke.

Jen O’Malley Dillon, Biden’s campaign chair, explained to The Times that Biden was joking when he made the comments.

“He was clearly making a joke,” Dillon said in a statement to The Times.

Following months of running cover for the president’s mental capacity, The Times is now one of the major liberal outlets calling on the president to drop out over his mental fitness.

The liberal outlet’s editorial board has also called on Biden to step aside as the presumptive Democratic nominee for the 2024 presidential race following the president’s disastrous debate performance.

In their editorial, while acknowledging that Biden, 81, has been an “admirable president,” the board expressed concern that he appeared on the debate stage as “the shadow of a great public servant.” They argued that continuing his candidacy would be a “reckless gamble” for the Democratic Party.

“There is no reason for the party to risk the stability and security of the country by forcing voters to choose between Mr. Trump’s deficiencies and those of Mr. Biden,” the board wrote. “It’s too big a bet to simply hope Americans will overlook or discount Mr. Biden’s age and infirmity that they see with their own eyes… if the risk of a second Trump term is as great as he says it is — and we agree with him that the danger is enormous — then his dedication to this country leaves him and his party only one choice.”
